It's been good but this last time the delivery was not provided when I was told and I ran out of supplies which was very stressful. I ended up having to reuse catheters several times.

You always take great care of me. Prompt, reliable and easy to work with if I need to call for assistance.
Everything is so smooth.
Since I began using catheters, I have dealt with three providers, but with 180 Medical the most recent, and the longest. They are dependable, friendly, prompt, and if I have an issue, they address it immediately. My urologist suggested a different provider about a year ago, and I declined. 180 Medical is great.
You listen and deliveries are always on time.
180 is responsive and easy to work with. I needed a revision to my supply order and they got it done the same day I called. It is a comfort to have them working for me.
I refilled my order... I got a call several days later concerning my insurance.... I provided the required information... Never received my prescription nor did the company ever call me back to inform me of the status of my order... So I'm done with this company and have nothing positive at all to say about 180 medical at this point
I've been receiving my supplies for several years. Only had one issue that was quickly resolved.
Got newvinsurance the first of the year very easy to make the change even got a call from someone confirming. Change the quantity of supplies very easy to do.
Thank you for the Christmas card! It is nice to see all of the staff. I find that I can depend on you for Quality materials and service.

I have been a client of 180 Medical since 2016. Everyone of the "Specialists" has been very professional, friendly, and great to work with. They all care about each of their clients, just like it was their own Family. I currently work with Heather Reagan and she is "GREAT"!!!!
