It's been good but this last time the delivery was not provided when I was told and I ran out of supplies which was very stressful. I ended up having to reuse catheters several times.

The staff at 180 Medical are professional, understanding, and anxious to help with any concern or issue I have had - which hasn’t been many because this company is, in a word, awesome.
The product always gets here on time. If I have a question, all I have to do is call and a friendly representative will answer it.
Overall 180Medical is wonderful to deal with! Recently, a customer service rep explained the new billing system and when I can expect an updated bill. It seems like it will be easy to pay online. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that each month my product on hand when the new order arrives shrinks. When I receive my next order I will have zero in reserve! I’m concerned with this trend.

My experience with 180 Medical is awesome! They go above and beyond to help get you the supplies you need. They contacted my doctor (several times) in order to get my prescription information straightened out so I could get my supplies on time. I just wish I could get all my supplies through them.
Until today, I’ve never had an issue. I’ve received notification that my supplies were delivered but I couldn’t find them. They left the box by my garage door. In the past they always brought it directly to my front steps. I’m disabled with MS so this is an issue for me. My husband wasn’t home so I had to ask my son to come over to make sure it was actually delivered. 180 Medical has always done an outstanding job of managing my catheter needs. They keep tract of when I need to reorder and alert me via email to submit my reorder. Once the order is placed they are quick to let me know of a estimated delivery date. They are usually right on the mark. They go above and beyond as they sent birthday and Christmas cards personally signed by staff. Gives one a feeling of being connected to a caring company. As a new customer needing intermittent catheters, 180 has preformed as hoped. I received supplies next day when requested. I have been trying different sizes to find one that works for me. 180 has sent samples at my request within one day. The app has been convenient to use, the customer service contacts have been to the point and very helpful. I look forward to continuing my association in the future.
