These people are a complete waste of…
These people are a complete waste of time and scam artists! I placed an order a week before Mothers day with the expectations of it being delivered the day before. (As it was stated on the order delivery date) 3 weeks goes by and no shipping confirmation email. I have called 5 different times and waited over an hour to only keep hearing a recording looped. Have not been able to get in touch with anyone to this day. I sent an email, and 2 weeks later I get a reply that says: "Hello, Thank you for your recent order with Zoro. I regret to inform you that we have been notified from our supplier that your item is currently out of stock. At this time the recovery date is unknown due to pandemic related limitations. If you wish to keep your order open, no further action will be required. Your order will automatically remain open and will ship as soon as possible." So over 3 weeks waiting just to tell me that my item is out of stock. NO EMAIL, NO PHONE CALL, NOTHING. Worst of all, in order to cancel the order I have to CALL the company who will not answer the d**n phone. This is ridiculous, I do not understand how they are in business. They wont last very long at this rate.
