Do not buy from Zoro
I ordered an item from Walmart.com, but it was from Zoro. I received the item, but it was damaged. I sent messages through Walmart.com. Zoro did not respond within the advertised time, so Walmart refunded my payment and told me to discard the item. Zoro finally sent me a message basically accusing me of ripping them off. I had not hauled the item to the dump, so I told them I would send it back. Zoro sent a return label, so I returned the item. Like a sucker, I gave them another chance and re-ordered the same item directly from them. Second item came in damaged. But because their billing system was broken I could not return the item. After waiting a month, they sent me a bill. They did admit the billing issue was their fault. Still can't return the item, because I have to wait for them to process my payment. Zoro customer service is essentially unreachable. They do not timely respond to emails. When you call, you will wait at least 30 minutes on hold. The ONLY thing positive I can say is that their customer service agents are friendly and helpful, but it is extremely difficult to reach them. Zoro appears to be a poorly run company that is not focused on customer service. I will not buy from Zoro again (even if they have the cheapest price) and would not recommend them to anyone.
