Dodgy

I waited 6 weeks for Zoro tu fulfill my order, getting periodic updates that the order was on track. The day the order was finally supposed to ship, I got an e-mail saying they could not get the part I ordered and they cancelled the order. Stay away!

Shipping time is unbelievably slow

Shipping time is unbelievably slow, snail mail speed. If you need it by Christmas I recommen ordering now ,in June to receive it. They say two days shipping, wrong.

Ordered A graphics card off the website…

Ordered A graphics card off the website early December and was expecting delivery sometime in January because what they had originally sent to my email saying it would be shipped on the 31s of December and I would get a confirmation . I never received a confirmation ever, I actually had to call the customer support line multiple time's just for them to update the email they sent me because it had been 3 weeks and I hadn't gotten a update on a shipment date. after waiting almost 2 or so months they decided to just cancel my order when I decided to wait out the new ship date of February 22nd because i was saving 40-60 by going through them anyway. That being said I would never recommend this website for electronics, they clearly don't have a strong relationship with their vendors too insure they're customers are being helped and served. First and last time using this website, thank you!

Quality products

Quality products, reasonable price, great website, easy ordering, products arrived in 28 hours, products packaged well. I needed a new battery for my DeWalt screwdriver. All local stores were out. All online vendors I knew about were either out of stock or had the price set at more than double the regular price. The DeWalt website listed Zoro as having some of the batteries in stock and for a fair price, much less than other vendors. The Zoro website was easy to use, well organized. I ordered three of the batteries. The batteries were shipped 4 hours after ordering. The batteries arrived at my door 28 hours after ordering. Buying from Zoro was one of the best new shopping decision I made in 2021. Summary: Best price, easy to order, arrived the next day. John Bakas I live in Tampa, Florida.

Impressed

Never heard of zoro but they had a good deal on some disinfecting cleaner and free shipping, seen mostly horrible reviews so I was nervous about placing an order. I figured worst case, Ill get to test out my cc dispute process but ordered arrived faster then expected, would order again.

Horrible service all the way around: Ordered a part I needed. They sent me a box with hardware missing. Then they wouldn't send me a replacement until they were sure I sent this junk back. I sent it back, days past, I received no confirmation of replacement, so I called. They added some steps to returns that the first person didn't mention. We got it settled. The replacement arrived a day after it should have been delivered in a thrashed box and again, the hardware was missing. Three weeks in and I am still waiting to put my daughters closet doors together; with the right equipment I could do in one day. This company has absolutely no control quality and they don't care. They just send returns they get without checking to make sure the items are there. So disappointing: Never again. Don't order from Zoro.

Recent paint purchase

I wanted to tell of my recent experience purchasing some particular Zinsser paint that I could not find locally. I ordered 2 gallons of paint and was so pleased to have found that you can buy one at a time (Home Depot requires you to purchase 4 gallons). I made my purchase and thought I should double check Trustpilot to see the company rating and reviews. I immediately saw recent bad reviews on shipping time but thought December seemed to be a nightmare for shipping so I thought I would see what happens. The next morning I received a tracking number and that following day received both gallons of paint. I am very pleased that I don't need to go to Home Depot to buy in bulk!

This place is a scam. I placed a $17,000 order for plumbing tools and accessories. She called and wouldn’t send the order without me giving out personal information and doing a wire transfer.

Placed my first order with this online…

Placed my first order with this online site and was a bit skeptical, but pleasantly surprised. I ordered the wrong item and called to initiate a return. Spoke with a representative today by the name of Rae and was provided excellent customer service. Was very impressed as she went out of her way to resolve my concern and assisting me with finding the right product. Their pricing is by far the most competitive I've seen online and very fast shipping. Would highly recommend giving them a try!

Clearly the 5-Star reviews are fake and they are paying some company in Asia to produce good reviews. One of the 5-star review names is Kyle Reese. You know, the guy sent back in time to save Sarah Conner from the Terminator. Ridiculous!!!
