Quality products, reasonable price, great website, easy ordering, products arrived in 28 hours, products packaged well. I needed a new battery for my DeWalt screwdriver. All local stores were out. All online vendors I knew about were either out of stock or had the price set at more than double the regular price. The DeWalt website listed Zoro as having some of the batteries in stock and for a fair price, much less than other vendors. The Zoro website was easy to use, well organized. I ordered three of the batteries. The batteries were shipped 4 hours after ordering. The batteries arrived at my door 28 hours after ordering.
