Shipped Wrong Item, No Action
Purchased multiple items and one was the incorrect size. Sent an email with picture of wrong item and they replied they would get back to me. Over a week later and nothing. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, as those that did there had their issues resolved. Poor communication, poor consideration for customer needs. If you aren't treated fairly I suggest the BBB. Oh, Kyle Reese? Seriously? Come with me if you want to live.
