If I can give zero star
If I can give zero star, I would. I placed an order for an exit light fixture on 3/3/21. I waited and waited until 3/9/21 and still no update - email or phone call. I called and was told it's coming from their 3rd party vendor and can't do much about it. I asked for my order to be reviewed and followed up with their vendor. The customer service rep I spoke with was nice enough to promise that I will hear from her no matter what on that same day. Nothing at all. No email no phone call. It is now 3/11/21 end of business day and still nothing. Two more days came and went and still no update. What a terrible service Zoro.com provides. I don't write reviews a lot but the service is just plain and utterly poor. I purchased a couple of times from them in the past and my experiences from those were mediocre but I thought I'll try one more time. I didn't pay much attention to the bad reviews that consumers posted about Zoro. Was I so wrong. I cancelled my order. I wasted so much time coupled with frustrations so never again that I will consider Zoro in the future.
