Awful customer service.
Awful customer service. Ordered 17/07, item arrived damaged due to poor packaging. Took days to respond and didn't do so until I raised a paypal dispute. It's taken about 45 emails and nearly 4 weeks to have it collected but still no replacement provided. Customer services are for the most part unresponsive and when they do they are useless. Won't be using again.
