Zoro, ruined by Grainger
Zoro, now owned by Grainger is not the same company. Takes a week or more to ship items "in stock", customer service takes days to respond if at all and forget about getting through their phone system. Need to process a return? Good luck. And if you go there for good prices, well they "fixed" that too. Thanks for screwing up a great company Grainger. This is a classic example of buying out your competition and destroying them in the process.
