This cleaner is a game changer for me. I used to brush my retainer with my toothbrush and toothpaste every few days. It was so gross and I was more concerned about the bacteria on my teeth and gums. I felt a major difference in the retainer's cleanliness after the first use. Then after a few more washings most of the stains were completely gone. I can see and feel the difference. Thank you Zima!

As a Neurologist and one who uses a mouth-guard for mild OSA, this is a great product for keeping it clean and like new each and every night. I would highly recommend it to anyone who uses a small to medium size oral mandicular advancement device for cleaning purposes.

Great job fixing my access

Purchased two dental pods, one each for my wife and me. Have now had them for a few weeks and have been extremely pleased with the results.

My Dental Pod malfunctioned. I had registered it for warranty. I wrote to Zima and was told to fill in comprehensive forms, send it back to USA, pay the postage and then they'd see if I would be given a replacement. I put a negative review on 'Product Review' about the unhelpful situation I found myself in, and Zima then contacted me. This time my situation was resolved. Zima re-paid my postage costs and sent me a new Dental Pod. All is good again.

So thrilled I finally decided to get the Zima pod. I had been using various denture and aligner tablets in water and just not seeing or feeling my aligners were clear and clean. I already have gum concerns and knowing Zima eliminates the bacteria on my aligners gives me huge peace of mind.

This has really helped keep my mouth guard clean. Just brushing it didn't clean it enough

My dental pod is faulty and does not heat up the water and therefore does not clean my mouth guard. I made a warranty claim and they asked me to send a video. How you can tell if an appliance is broken from a video unless it doesn't actually turn on? Mine turns on but does not heat up the water, therefore it is not fit for purpose. This company has no care for its product or service they provide so they take people money and when they have a genuine problem they get ignored and fobbed off! Disgusting. Avoid this company because customer service is poor and you will get ignored and if you have a problem you will not get it resolved with them because they diagnose issue through a video instead of actually testing the product to see what is wrong. UPDATE: they sent me a new dental pod after emails back and forth they finally agreed. The new pod arrived and it cleaned my mouth guard. Confirming to me that i wasnt going crazy and the original one i had was broken just like i told them but they refused to believe me. Im grateful they sent me a replacement however it should not have taken 7+ emails and quoting the law for them to actually do something.

I used to brush my retainer every week and could never fully get all of the yellow stain out. Then I discovered the dental pod and got this as a gift few months ago and this has changed my experience overnight! Now I just pop in my retainer every other night and within 5 minutes my retainer looks brand new same as the day I got it from my dentist. I also enjoy their cleaning tablets as well. I’d definitely purchase again and will be recommending this to all my friends and family. A+ for value, convenience and experience.

Originally I had brought a dental pod pro for my wife . A month later I still hadn’t received it and I later found out it had somehow got lost in the post . I then emailed and heard nothing but finally got to speak to Emily ( Head of customer support ) who reached out to me after I had left a review . I’ll be honest , the way Emily handled the situation was fantastic , sorting things out and putting it right . I was given a full refund and a complimentary dental pro pod , which was very kind and more importantly made my wife very happy . Emily is a credit to the company and they obviously take matters like this very seriously . There customer support is second to none .
