My dental pod is faulty and does not heat up the water and therefore does not clean my mouth guard. I made a warranty claim and they asked me to send a video. How you can tell if an appliance is broken from a video unless it doesn't actually turn on? Mine turns on but does not heat up the water, therefore it is not fit for purpose. This company has no care for its product or service they provide so they take people money and when they have a genuine problem they get ignored and fobbed off! Disgusting. Avoid this company because customer service is poor and you will get ignored and if you have a problem you will not get it resolved with them because they diagnose issue through a video instead of actually testing the product to see what is wrong. UPDATE: they sent me a new dental pod after emails back and forth they finally agreed. The new pod arrived and it cleaned my mouth guard. Confirming to me that i wasnt going crazy and the original one i had was broken just like i told them but they refused to believe me. Im grateful they sent me a replacement however it should not have taken 7+ emails and quoting the law for them to actually do something.
