I have purchased a few products from Zima Dental - the Dental Pod, the Zima Go, and the Hydro Pod. All of these are the best of the best, in my opinion! The Zima Dental is the easiest and most complete way to clean your aligners or night guards (you must get the tablets to get the most effective clean). The Zima Go is perfect for keeping your aligners or night guards clean when you are on the go. Finally, the Hydro Pod is a fantastic water flosser, and the battery lasts forever...I purchased it months ago, and haven't had to charge the battery, yet. Highly recommend you give their products a try!!

I purchased two Dental Pod Pros, one for my wife and one for me. It made an immediate, visible impact on the cleanliness of our dental retainers. But after just a couple of weeks, my wife's unit would not turn on, and I narrowed down the issue to the power converter unit. I reached out to Customer service to request a replacement, and they asked for a short video to show the problem so they understood what we were experiencing. Within a week, we had a new unit, and my wife and I are delighted with their customer care!

Originally I wanted to cancel my subscription as I had ordered more tablets than I needed. I was unsure how to cancel my subscription. I reached out to customer service and got a response from Mae. How wonderful !!! :o) As with a lot of other people - I did my research on cleaners for my night guard - and you came out on top !! I am using the Dental Pod at present - and just ordered a big quantity of the sterilizing-tablets as well. After I received my products - I had a couple questions - so I contacted your Customer Service people. They were VERY helpful, and I very much enjoyed talking with them. I recently had pneumonia caused from Streptococcus. I had no idea how I got it. After reading about streptococcus on aligners it scared me and I decided to buy a pod. I love this pod. I feel like it really cleans my retainers better than what a toothbrush and water do alone. They smell fresh and feel fresh in your mouth after they go through the cleaning cycle and are crystal clear with no cloudiness. Thank you!!

This is a quality product. Packaged to a very high standard and delivery was very quick.

My device was working properly for the first three months. I even noticed an improvement in my retainer . When the device stopped working unexpectedly, I filed a warrant claim and the Zima team reacted quickly. They sent me a replacement right away. Excellent customer service.

My dental pod was faulty...sometimes it wouldn't turn on and sometimes it wouldn't turn off. It was intermittent, so hard to get a video as customer service requested. I finally sent a second one and they requested another one. I got frustrated and gave up. However, after posting a negative review, I was contacted and offered a solution. I appreciate that they did contact me and am revising my review. The dental pod works so well and I feel very confident that my device is clean and sanitized. Anyone not using this currently should give it a try.

I am a dental hygienist with access to an ultrasonic cleaner at work. It is so convenient to have this technology at home and our oral appliances have never felt or looked cleaner! We put our appliances in a sandwich bag with water and the tab- keeps it hygienic for sharing with other family members and works fantastic.
