Zima Dental

I can't believe how well this works. I wondered if it was too good to be true like so many things I see advertised. My retainer is a couple of years old. After cleaning in the pod, they are still slightly tinged yellow, but all of the cloudiness came off the first time, and each time cleaning them the yellowness has faded more and more as well. I've also noticed less build-up of plaque on my bottom teeth, now that my retainers are cleaner.

So far, so great! I’m a week into the initial deep clean of my 10+ old clear retainer and the yellow tint is gone and so is the apparent odor (that I didn’t really realize it had). The black grit remains but I’m hopeful. My experience with Zima’s customer service was fantastic- when I reached out for a FSA-appropriate receipt by contact form in their website, I received it by email within hours. I look forward to continuing my use of and experience with Zima.

Delivery is also taking forever so decided to just cancel. They keep saying delay is due to weather conditions but there’s no issue with the weatjer. Just a typical spring weather. I’ve written for refund. Nothing as well .

I’ve been wearing a night guard for years and never really had a way to keep it super clean until I bought the Zima Dental. I love the way it cleans! Zima dental pods are worth every penny. I have always tried to keep my retainers looking new and clean and until Zima it just wasn’t happening. My retainers a year and a half later look like the day I got them. I just purchased my second pod (not due to the product breaking on it’s own, my cat knocked it down multiple times) I also ordered the cleaning crystals with it and they some how got lost in the mail. Zima customer service was wonderful, they responded quickly and kind and shipped another box out right away. 15/10 recommend.

The device has worked great so far. Not too loud, looks cute on the counter. I also love having the option to buy a larger amount ofcleaning tabs to maintain my supply, rather than have to rebuy every couple weeks. The tabs seem to work pretty well at cleaning and freshening my nightguard, which is great given how expensive it is to replace.

Made my retainers look brand new and smell great. Best part is you only need to use 1 tablet once or twice a month!

This is a classic case of, "You get what you pay for." I just started Spark (Invisalign competitor) and I did Not want to pay $200+ for the combo set (Dental Pod Pro + Go UV Travel Case). I felt at the time that was too much. I decided to go cheaper, some unknown ultrasonic and UV combo unit. After a week, I disliked it. It was loud, and it felt cheap. Meanwhile, I did buy the Go travel case, because I couldn't find a decent affordable alternative. After a week of using the Go, I realized I made a grave mistake. I was more impressed with the Go travel case than I was with the cheap ultrasonic cleaner. I immediately returned it and bought the Dental Pod Pro. First off, the attention to detail, the build quality... I am blown away. Second, the detachable base and removable lid are smarter than I realized. It does make the process of filling and dumping the bowl better. The cheap cleaner had the worst hinge covering the bowl that wouldn't stay open on its own and felt like it would break if I pushed it too far. If you're starting a clear aligner treatment, or have been for some time now, this isn't just an 18-24-month process, this is a lifetime endeavor. If I want my teeth to stay straight, I will have to use a retainer at night to sleep forever after my treatment is done. This is why I feel I made the right decision in choosing quality. In my experience owning two Zima products, they are the epitome of quality. They also work, and they are built beautifully.

I use my pod and tablets daily and my liner trays always look brand new!

As a hygienist, I know how important it is to keep retainers, night guards, etc. clean to prevent pathogens from building up & going into your mouth. I couldn't keep my own retainers as clean as I wanted so decided to try out the Zima Dental Pod on a whim. Best decision ever! I now recommend to friends & patients too. Customer service is wonderful too & very responsive!

I love my dental pod. Makes cleaning my mouth gaurd a breeze and it comes out cleaner than I could ever get. It took years of build up off. Also recently dealt with customer service regarding my subscription and the response time was very quick. All around good company with a nice product.

Grundsätzlich bin ich mit dem Produkt sehr zufrieden. Allerdings hat sich nach einigen Monaten Nutzung auf dem Deckel Schimmel gebildet, was bei einem Produkt im Hygienebereich aus meiner Sicht nicht passieren sollte. Das verwendete Material wirkt gummiartig und weist feine Poren auf, was eine gründliche Reinigung – selbst mit Essig – nicht ermöglicht. Edit: Der Customer Service hat prompt reagiert und eine gute Lösung mit mir gefunden.

I can’t do the before and after but this device is the truth it cleaned 2 old retainersthat was yellow that had black spots on it. And the mint tablets were a cherry on top this was a great purchase

I didn’t realize I had chosen automatic refills on the cleaning tablets, which I did not want to do. So I emailed them and they responded immediately. It took a couple of emails to get it straightened out but it did get done in a very timely manner. And the product is wonderful.
