Dud Dental Pod but thankfully replaced
My Dental Pod malfunctioned. I had registered it for warranty. I wrote to Zima and was told to fill in comprehensive forms, send it back to USA, pay the postage and then they'd see if I would be given a replacement. I put a negative review on 'Product Review' about the unhelpful situation I found myself in, and Zima then contacted me. This time my situation was resolved. Zima re-paid my postage costs and sent me a new Dental Pod. All is good again.
