This thing is AMAZING! I originally bought a cheap version on Amazon, which did absolutely nothing, even when I scrubbed my tray nightly. The Zima works with just water - I haven't had to brush my tray since I got it. For perspective, I wear it 20-22 hours a day (invisalign), so it's easy for a bit of plaque to build up on it throughout the day from me eating and putting it back in. I'm so glad I splurged and took a chance.

Both my son and I now have retainers and without this device and pod cleaners they truly would look disgusting. We keep them sparkling clean. I got five retainers and haven’t had to use any of the other four yet due to the care and cleanliness from the zima pod and tablets. So will continue to purchase for good.

Best customer service, ever! My device failed within the initial 12 month warranty period and they shipped me a new device within 24 hours of me reaching out. I could not be happier with Zima. That and their Pod Pro keeps my retainers looking new and crystal clear!

I purchased a Zima device several months ago. After a couple of months it stopped working correctly. I contacted Zima about this. They were responsive but noted I had not sent in my Warranty information. I thought "here we go." Instead, they not only honored the warranty anyway, they promptly sent me a new device at no charge. Customer service like this is so rare today, and Zima has the "formula" for making customers heard and happy.

I am very pleased with all of the Zima Dental products I have purchased. They have made cleaning my aligners and retainers super easy. They really do sparkle. I also am happy to say that their customer service is outstanding. They are very responsive and customer friendly.

I’m very happy using my dental pod from Zima Dental. The product is great, and ensuring an efficient cleaning. I had a quality issue with the product, which stopped working after 2 months. But Zima Dental did react very fast, and within one week I have received a replacement product.

I mistakenly signed up for autoship for cleaning tablets. I reached out to Customer service. They found the problem and corrected it right away.

I love how clean my retainers look and how much time it saves me from having to clean them by hand.

Update- Original post -This is the second dental pod I’ve had that stopped working. The on and off button is extremely temperamental and the second unit has stopped working after just 4 months. I logged my request for a replacement with the video a couple of weeks ago and have heard nothing further. I like this product conceptually and when it works it’s great. But with the second unit packing up so soon after purchase, and customer service nowhere to be seen, I can’t support the product. Update - customer service has been in touch and replaced my unit with the highest spec item. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and I’m happy to say it is doing its job brilliantly and there are no issues. The higher spec model is significantly better and worth the extra investment as it separates the retainer unit with water from the base where the electrical cord connects. It feels safer and avoids water going where it shouldn’t. Nothing cleans my retainers like this machine and I am happy to have this solved.

I was having an issue trying to cancel my subscription, as I ordered more tablets than I needed. I reached out, and within minutes the customer service team responded and helped me fix my issue.
