Simply more expensive than my previous…
Simply more expensive than my previous providers, despite continuously improving per KW rates in the market. About 20-25%. 12 months later no feedback or sign of the promised smart meter. My neighbour's with SSE had one in 3 months. That’s just my experience… Will keep you posted on their final bill against my reading submission. UPDATE: While I see below YUNO have shunned the blame to the ESB, I did contact YUNO for an update and I was assured on more than one occasion that they would revert with an update on the meter change; they did not. That's a YUNO customer service issue, as is Sasha's response.
