Yuno kept charging even after switching and bills were generated and still not able to resolve that issue and they debit money in advance and hard to get back the money
Yuno Energy queries. Today 22nd August I had a couple of queries with regards to my account. I chatted with Constance and I gad a very positive experience. My queries were dealt with in an efficient, friendly manner. I am very happy with the result and will have no problem making contact again if I gave an issue or query.
Constance the women on the call was very friendly and helpful and breath of fresh air!

Called Yuno today. After a very short wait without having to listen to ads or music I got speaking to with Leo regarding a payment to a second account which I have. We set up the second account on the app entered card no etc. Leo was patient while I worked on my end. His instructions were very clear. He had a thorough knowledge of his job and was pleasant.

Despite initial hiccups with plan misallocation with my Yuno account, Ajay from Yuno support team took full ownership of my issue and worked through it internally until resolution. He even called me back a few days later as promised to confirm the fixes he made to my plan and he also issued a refund of the difference. Very happy with the level of service provided by Ajay, hoping his colleagues mirror his efforts.
Richard is very knowledgeable polite and friendly customer service person. He answered all my questions in very polite manner and he was very friendly and patient when I couldn’t understand some of the processes. I really recommend Richard and Yuno company customer service.
