Yuno kept charging even after switching and bills were generated and still not able to resolve that issue and they debit money in advance and hard to get back the money

Very pleased with my experience with Kyra as she was very knowledgeable and well spoken.
I signed up to Yuno Energy around mid July using Bonkers comparison site, Yuno took a €71 payment instantly and I awaited a welcome pack that never came, sometime in August I got a call from Yuno at work regarding a foul up in my application regarding my address and would I confirm my mprn number to my address,I don't normally carry my mprn number around with me and suggested to him to close my application and refund me and I would start the whole process again at home when I got my money back.As of now I haven't got my money back because I don't have an account with them, Bonkers have intervened by email to to no avail,with last contact from Bonkers saying someone from Yuno would contact me,that was two weeks ago. I don't care how cheap they sell power in future,I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.Im glad most people here have had a good experience with Yuno , but if things go wrong beware. As of today 8th of October Yuno Energy has not contacted me regarding my issue with them and can only assume now that they have no intention of refunding me the money they took from my current account. This is a disgraceful company, I am not a customer of this company but remember a new customer who exercises their right to cancel a contract during a cooling off period will have to look for a refund of the prepayment and I wish you luck.Rang Yuno Energy sister company of prepay power on 14 October, fobbed off again with not my department, give details and some one will contact me, well they haven't. At this stage I have no hesitation in saying that Yuno Energy have no intention of giving me a refund though no fault of my own, my only option now is to take a claim through the small claims court.

I spoke with JAMES earlier today and he sent me dis review link, but i was gona leave him a review in any way because he told me that he was an agent in training + i was shocked. Dis man was so plesent and new so much about what he was talking about and made me feel at ease with my bill from last month + next month dat youd believe he has been there years. excellent excellent customer service and really happy wit yuno + the service provided. also i cant remember the last time i rang a place with no hold time. fast work from james and yuno

I spoke to Sharmaine regarding a bill query. Sharmaine was extremely courteous and patient. She explained everything very clearly and sympathetically. Obviously Sharmaine has excellent people skills and came across as very knowledgeable and efficient.
First of all less of an automated system than most present company , very knowledgeable young lady on her work and very focused on her tasks. Query was solved in 60 secs much appreciated thanks .
If you think about excellent customer service, most YUNO employees deserve 5 stars, they are competent and nice. NICK was in contact with me many times before I signed contract, when I received an email, I noticed that they have signed me to different offer than we agreed. I called them and ask to speak with him but he become unreachable and he didn't return my call to talk about my issue. I called again and explain problem to another person, he told me that he made amendments but didn't send email with confirmation as agreed over the phone (first incorrect contract was sent within few minutes from my call). Following day I have sent an email to customer care and I didn't receive any acknowledgement so few hours back I called YUNO again. This time I was talking to CHARMAINE, she offered personal assistance to sent me correct contract within an hour and she kept her promise, so as a contact person, she deserves 5 stars but YUNO as a company are getting 1 becuse from the comments here I can see, this is not first time when they signed someone to different contract than originally agreed. If you prepare your question in advance, representatives are able to explain all doubts in easy and understandable way so after all, I belive it is worth to try. Have your meter number at hand when you call them so they will check and let you know which tariffs are avaible to you (I couldn't get what I have chosen). Also, they confirmed that for the smart meters it is not necessary to provide meter readings every month as this will be automatic process after first month. Let's wait and see if this was correct and how energy consumption will match to their predictions.
