Yuno kept charging even after switching and bills were generated and still not able to resolve that issue and they debit money in advance and hard to get back the money
Since I joined Yuno I didn't had any issue. The app support is good and fast. I don't needed to call anyone and wait in a line to sort out my questions. Also, they have very good prices for electricity and their Day/Night plan is a good fit for my smart appliances!
I called yuno today because I was having a problem with my payments. The lady I spoke to was Ella. It was such a relief to speak with someone who was polite, patient and understanding of the problem. She stayed with me on the phone and talked me through all the steps I needed to take in order to fix the problem. Thank you for your help and patience Ella.

Called Yuno as my monthly payment didn’t go through as usual and wouldn’t work on a mobile device. Spoke to Conor who had it sorted in less than a minute. Was great to speak to someone in customer service who knew what they were talking about, identified the issue quickly and clearly and provided context to the problem so I could resolve myself (if it happened again). Perfect example of excellent customer service. Thank you Conor.
