Despite initial hiccups with plan misallocation with my Yuno account, Ajay from Yuno support team took full ownership of my issue and worked through it internally until resolution. He even called me back a few days later as promised to confirm the fixes he made to my plan and he also issued a refund of the difference. Very happy with the level of service provided by Ajay, hoping his colleagues mirror his efforts.

Paid €700 for a fitted accessory online about one month ago. I never got any information on what happens after payment, I only received confirmation of order but no information on when to present car for fitting. I waited and waited, nobody reached out to me for weeks. I eventually called and they told me someone will call me to book me in. I'm now still waiting for that call one month after paying in full.
