Yuno kept charging even after switching and bills were generated and still not able to resolve that issue and they debit money in advance and hard to get back the money

I had problem with contact by phone but when I leave the message on messanger they contact me straight away.
This company specialises in fraud & theft hidden behind the most complicated app. & billing methods they could devise! Almost emptied my bank acc. in just over 3 weeks. No call back after removing my last review. Offer no reason for doubling my bills and refused to provide a complaint reference number to prevent my taking this issue to the energy regulator! Bland reply to every email providing no helpful information.

Ella was really helpful today- was transferring from another supplier and the transaction was seamless. Really friendly and sorted out my query within 24hours.
This is prepay but yuno estimate your usage from no were will not accept a meter reading unless it from esb and charged me 2150euros for 3 mounts eletricity when I contacted them they were no help at all their app chat function is worse than useless if u ask a question they don't want to answer they just close the chat or ignore you completely i have being contacting them about a refund and nobody has an answer it is always another department that handles that so my advice is stay away because this is the worst company I have ever dealt with and acording to their own customer service I'm not the only one having these problems
