Yuno kept charging even after switching and bills were generated and still not able to resolve that issue and they debit money in advance and hard to get back the money

Really great staff and very helpful, app works very well and made a saving in my first month already. Abdi was very helpful with questions I had today and answered them quickly and friendly.

I emailed to query my current bill on my account and it was clarified very quickly by Eduardo outlining that my bill was an estimate and he then outlined how to submit a meter reading to even out my next bill.
