If you think about excellent customer service, most YUNO employees deserve 5 stars, they are competent and nice. NICK was in contact with me many times before I signed contract, when I received an email, I noticed that they have signed me to different offer than we agreed. I called them and ask to speak with him but he become unreachable and he didn't return my call to talk about my issue. I called again and explain problem to another person, he told me that he made amendments but didn't send email with confirmation as agreed over the phone (first incorrect contract was sent within few minutes from my call). Following day I have sent an email to customer care and I didn't receive any acknowledgement so few hours back I called YUNO again. This time I was talking to CHARMAINE, she offered personal assistance to sent me correct contract within an hour and she kept her promise, so as a contact person, she deserves 5 stars but YUNO as a company are getting 1 becuse from the comments here I can see, this is not first time when they signed someone to different contract than originally agreed. If you prepare your question in advance, representatives are able to explain all doubts in easy and understandable way so after all, I belive it is worth to try. Have your meter number at hand when you call them so they will check and let you know which tariffs are avaible to you (I couldn't get what I have chosen). Also, they confirmed that for the smart meters it is not necessary to provide meter readings every month as this will be automatic process after first month. Let's wait and see if this was correct and how energy consumption will match to their predictions.
