Yuno kept charging even after switching and bills were generated and still not able to resolve that issue and they debit money in advance and hard to get back the money

Spoke with Keith this morning on the web chat option. Very helpful, knew my issue and solved it very quickly. We just switched to Yuno recently and it's been great so far, excellent app which takes your smart meter usage and we find it very good. Highly recommended.
Kyra was extremely helpful, kind and patient taking her time to ensure I had the information I needed to complete my transaction. Her customer service was excellent and I was very satisfied with the assistance she gave me.

I signed up with Yuno Energy to be my electricity supplier in August 2024. I moved just the electricity portion of my existing dual fuel plan from my existing supplier because Yuno Energy did not offer gas at the time. I did mention this scenario on the sales call. I was subsequently excited to see that Yuno Energy also started offering the supply of gas. Today I phoned in hoping to move to the Dual Fuel Smart plan, since I was actually on a dual fuel plan prior to moving to Yuno Energy, but gas was not offered at the time of sign up. Unfortunately I got told that I cannot sign up or move to the Dual Fuel Smart plan because that is for new customers and I will need to sign up for the gas portion separately. The separate Yuno Energy gas rates are higher than the Yuno Energy Dual Fuel Smart gas rates and are also higher than those of my current supplier, so it does not make sense to move anymore. One would have thought that it would be easy for existing customers to move to the new Dual Fuel Smart plan when offering the new gas product, but this is not the case.
Had an issue and dealt with Eduardo, Emmanuela & Luke over a few phone calls. All very helpful and attentive to my problem, thanks :)

I do not recommend at all I switched 6 weeks after started with them Paying a 100 Euros better than to continue with them My electricity bill bill nearly doubled, despite same consumption. They are charging in advance Relying on predictions

You just simply have to avoid this company. Their complicated billing system is really something to behold. As I don't have a smart meter I was uploading readings via the app 10 days in advance (as had been recommended by their CS agents). Every single bill I got was estimated. It took numerous calls to their CS to try sort it out. During these calls the agents refuse to transfer you to accounts nor would they transfer you to a supervisor/manager. Instead you wait several days for them to contact you. If you do sign up to them don't expect cheaper electricity. My bills were easily way more than other companies even when electricity was at its peak price. I've filed a complaint with CRU twice in the year that I have been with them and having just received my (hopefully) final overcharged bill I'll be filing another complaint. Please save yourself the hardship and don't sign up to these crooks Edit: Thanks for the offer but seriously...no thank you. I want nothing more to do with Yuno. Having just got off the phone with CS again where the agent attempted to explain the last bill and Yuno's pricing (he failed miserably and even sounded confused himself), I've had enough...all future interacttions are via CRU
Ask me any recommendations and I'll give you my best opinion but please, if you are looking for an electricity provider, let me tell you about Yuno Energy. They say that Labour or a kick in the balls is the worst pain ever, well I'd sooner a kick in the balls than ever having to deal with Yuno Energy again. They are actually worse than Man United, at least as bad as Man United are, they get the odd win and bring a smile to their fans faces every so often, Yuno Energy on the other hand sound just as promising but are just endless suffering. I honestly wouldn't recommend Yuno Energy to a Man United fan, nevermind my worst enemy because there is no greater pain.
Saran was a good listener, polite and actively sort answers to my questions even if he wasn’t immediately sure. The responsiveness to my call was impressive, I didn’t have to spend a lot of time waiting.
