Bill query resolution
I had a query on my gas bill which I was quite upset about.I called Yuno and spoke with Constance. She was incredibly helpful,professional and empathetic. She listened patiently to my complaint, reviewed my bill carefully and then provided a thorough explanation to erase the ambiguity I had encountered. She then proceeded to offer tips on how to navigate the whole billing process going forward. I left the call not just happy but feeling very empowered. Thank you very much Constance, you’re amazing.
