You just simply have to avoid this company. Their complicated billing system is really something to behold. As I don't have a smart meter I was uploading readings via the app 10 days in advance (as had been recommended by their CS agents). Every single bill I got was estimated. It took numerous calls to their CS to try sort it out. During these calls the agents refuse to transfer you to accounts nor would they transfer you to a supervisor/manager. Instead you wait several days for them to contact you. If you do sign up to them don't expect cheaper electricity. My bills were easily way more than other companies even when electricity was at its peak price. I've filed a complaint with CRU twice in the year that I have been with them and having just received my (hopefully) final overcharged bill I'll be filing another complaint. Please save yourself the hardship and don't sign up to these crooks Edit: Thanks for the offer but seriously...no thank you. I want nothing more to do with Yuno. Having just got off the phone with CS again where the agent attempted to explain the last bill and Yuno's pricing (he failed miserably and even sounded confused himself), I've had enough...all future interacttions are via CRU
