Yuno kept charging even after switching and bills were generated and still not able to resolve that issue and they debit money in advance and hard to get back the money

I tried to cancel my account and they have been very confrontational about it and when I double down that I want to cancel they simply hang up the phone!

Recently switched to Yuno and extremely satisfied so far. I just phoned customer service and my call was received with no wait time. I spoke with a customer service agent ABDI who was extremely polite, friendly, knowledgeable and sorted my query in a very efficient manner. All I can say is this company are like a breath of fresh air to interact with after my experience with S** for the past year.
I’ve switched to Yuno because my bills were exorbitant after getting the smart meter. I was being robbed by other companies :// Since being with Yuno my bills are Accurate!!! Normal! Completely affordable! Such an honest company ! They really are so refreshing :) I was just onto the Customer Care over a Techmical Glitch - and Ajay was so so brilliant - a gentleman who solved the problem in a matter of minutes - a software expert -I’m so happy that I chose this company - a relief that is joyful :-))

Moved from Electric Ireland at a flat rate of .32c per unit and my peak rate at yuno now is .26c. Even at that my bill is nearly after doubling which is crazy! Would not recommend anyone to move to this provider!!!

Have switched nearly a month and no final bill. I'm waiting for my refund because I have over paid. Yuno are quick to take your money but very bad at refunding it.

I spoke with Ajay yesterday morning regarding an issue with the app. He could not have been more helpful or pleasant. My issue was corrected in seconds and his attitude was very much appreciated.

I'd be very careful switching to this company. I've been regularly submitting meter reads which they haven't used and have now overcharged me. They make up the meter readings as they go along so when it comes to switching or cancelling it's very hard to rectify. Phoned Customer care and received no help and was told to cancel I'd have to wait for them to reach out to me.
I was in a tough situation. And I spoke to Meher this morning. He was so patient, kind and very knowledgeable. He knew how to handle the client well. Very good customer service. Give him a raise!!😂
