Probably the only company these days that genuinely help u in times of struggle 10/10 highly recommend for people moving into Yorkshire or struggling with their bill just give them a call and they’re happy to help

I had a query about my new Water Bill and spoke to a lovely lady who took her time to go though my Bill with me and she explained it thoroughly and was very patient as it was a confusing Bill! It was nice talking to her and i wouldn't hesitate to call them again
I requested a water metre 2 years ago.And finally , after five visits , five refusals, because you could not fit one, you gave me an estimated bill. Where's the rebate for the last 2 years.i required a metre. Please do not use it because it was a new kitchen it's still a new kitchen and your last fitter could still not fit it.A blind man could have told you that never mind. Martin Lewis or Fergal Sharkey, my be interested in this.look forward to hearing from them.
Would be five stars if only the website was more responsive in the core elements. Simplicity in design and clarity in use is much more beneficial to the customer.

My water bill had risen from £407 to £545 and being temporary off work and not claiming any benefits I got in touch with Yorkshire water and explained my situation who kindly reduced my bill and I can honestly say I’m very grateful and would suggest if anyone else is in that kind of situation to give them a call
