Called today after a text said to discuss my meter readings. Spoke to Drew, happy and friendly, explained options for further readings and payment options and was a delight to talk to. Very helpful and would want him to answer all the calls in the future.
Yorkshire water latest I've just received a letter from Yorkshire water telling me I'm lieing about my illness caused by Yorkshire waters water supply there is no mention as to why Yorkshire water took over 14 months before they tested the water and the fact that I've complained multiple times about their nasty over chlorinated water and I've kept reviews on this site for evidence as to Yorkshire waters actions all this joke and disgrace of a company say is the test is within legal limits well because of Yorkshire waters deliberate delays and insulting behavior it's time for Yorkshire water to answer to the government for their actions I will be giving the government department all the information regarding these complaints including when the doctors last year confirmed over chlorinated water would agravate my medical conditions this information was given to Yorkshire water but they just brushed it off and ignored the information and also why do Yorkshire water customer services keep asking on this site for more information when they clearly just ignore it this comment is aimed at customer service staff NIKKI and also REHANA S

My telephone call to Yorkshire Water was answered quickly. The lady who dealt with me was extremely courteous, efficient and respectful throughout. My situation was dealt with immediately. I have no complaints whatsoever.
