The lady I spoke too was very helpful and dealt with the situation an illness I have which makes me more dependent on water usage sorted my bill out and put me on a priority list also got a discount with being on benefit.
I called after receiving a huge bill due to an unknown water leak. From the start I was offered clear advice and help. It was clear that everyone I spoke with wanted to help resolve my problem. Vicky, Ryan and Steven are all a credit to the organisation. They made what could have been a very stressful time an easy resolution process. 5 star customer service. Thank you!

I wanted to discuss why my bill had risen a lot since last year.Claire in Bills Dept was very helpful, she reviewed our usage over last 2 years, discussed our daily usage, any changes etc. Advised us how to check for leaks as we had a water meter. By end of conversation I could see why our usage may have risen and had ideas on how to reduce it. Claire was professional, friendly and helpful, everything you want when you have a query

Unacceptable Service and Ongoing Neglect I’ve never felt so ignored and mentally drained by a company. Yorkshire Water flooded my business, and four months later, the claim is still unresolved. Communication has been practically non-existent — I’ve been chasing them constantly, only to be avoided and given no clear answers. The mental toll this has taken is immense. I expected professionalism, but have received nothing. Completely unacceptable
