I was speaking today to Ali waris who helped us with our ticket and travel price and baggage, customer service was amazing and he was so much help, we are very pleased with the customer service, he went out of his way and saved the remaining two seats for me and my mother although we paid over 500 extra for them seats we were given extra bags and luggage to make up for it, we appreciate all the help given to us and we appreciate the calls to keep us updated about the luggage and information
