New fibre

Purchase, installation and setup was easy. Slight hurdle in automatically confirming my broadband details for setting up my own router but the help team sorted it asap

Changed from a different provider due to Cost

Changed from a different provider due to cost. Didn't expect the Internet to be this slow. Tried cancelling within the two week "cooling off" period. They said it was only from the date of order, rather than date of delivery. Not happy

Zen sign on process

Daniel, took me through the process. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the process not being straightforward in my case he guided me throughout without a hitch. I'm looking forward to having Zen as my ISP

The very fact that I never have to…

The very fact that I never have to think about my service or the speeds tells me I have a five star consistent connection to the internet, I have been with Zen for a good few years now and it’s always been the same, five star, excellent speeds and great pricing.

Great installation experience

Jordan and Lewis arrived on time and did an extremely professional job. I had cleared the hall for them so there were no obstacles to installation. Both guys were polite and friendly and provided me with guidance and information regarding the router and the type of cable I would need to connect my PC. Both Jordan and Lewis are a credit to CityFibre.

Zen has been the best isp I've had and…

Zen has been the best isp I've had and I've had a few i.e. talk talk, BT Vodafone. But what pits Zen above the rest is you actually get whats advertised without any bill increases through out the contract. What persuaded me to use Zen was the ability to use my own network equipment without being throttles. Their customer service is fantastic so i would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Absolutely hopeless

Moved home, Zen said they can supply new address. Still waiting several weeks later because Zen can't solve an issue with connection. Not a single update since engineer visited on 25 April. Doubt Zen will come through for us as they clearly don't care. And now they're trying to shaft us by saying we will have to pay a termination fee to leave! Absolutely hopeless, don't bother with Zen.

We have been with Zen since Jan 22 and…

We have been with Zen since Jan 22 and they have earned 5 stars simply because it has been a perfect service from them since then. I can't comment on their customer service since there has been no need to request assistance. On the one occasion where there was a service outage (attributed to the fibre cable service provider) we were informed by text. Best of all, there have been no annual price increases during the entire period. Definitely, a 5 Star experience!

Making the best of a less-than-ideal situation

Consistently and for several years now, Zen has provided a stable connection with lots of added functionality. Because I do not yet have access to the fastest fibre, I am limited in what I can do and sometimes the network struggles with keeping e.g. Sonos running or multiple hi-res streaming but Zen is a very acceptable compromise.

Zen - A truly superb experience!

The customer service I received from Matt at Zen was literally second to none. Matt went out of his way to help me, provided me with his direct contact details for a Rolls Royce service and I found him to be exceptionally knowledgeable, providing clear and concise answers to my many questions and patiently supporting me through the entire process (which was not straightforward!). I look forward to utilising the services that Matt has offered me, and at a great price too. Cannot find fault whatsoever and would not hesitate to recommend - huge thanks again Matt - Zen are lucky to have you, and I wish you all the best!
