Changed from a different provider due to cost. Didn't expect the Internet to be this slow. Tried cancelling within the two week "cooling off" period. They said it was only from the date of order, rather than date of delivery. Not happy
Daniel, took me through the process. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the process not being straightforward in my case he guided me throughout without a hitch. I'm looking forward to having Zen as my ISP
The very fact that I never have to think about my service or the speeds tells me I have a five star consistent connection to the internet, I have been with Zen for a good few years now and itβs always been the same, five star, excellent speeds and great pricing.

Swapped over from BT and Zen took care of everything. Engineers came to site and fitted the new fibre line, went through everything with me and left it all tidy. Since the new line went in I have had no issues what so ever and the speed is what they saidnitnwould be

Have had more outages in the sixteen months with Zen than three (3) years with BT. customer services although polite and well meaning are unable to do anything about loss of internet and just quote "we have up to three (3) days" to fix it. Originally went to Zen for full fibre but were unable to supply via City Fibre without major disruption in digging up my drive despite telling me they could use existing infrastructure, ended up with a second rate service

Based on reviews i'd read Zen were worthy of 5 stars. I chose them also as they said that prices would not change during the contract period. My considered review is that this statement is correct: prices have not gone up.... but only as I resisted a regular stream of notifications about paying more and getting more!! Regarding use of the service, it is better than others I have used, but apart from the first 6 months it still is subject to buffering.

Dealt with Matt G at Zen. A refreshingly personal and helpful approach. I am still in the process of getting changed over to them, so cant comment on speeds and performance at this stage, though notable they use a better brand of router than most (Fritz boxes). The changeover and set up process has been first rate, and Matt personally got the delivery of the router expedited as well. For anyone considering a new provider, I would recommend taking a look at this company. I will be updating review when I have the service transferred.

Wanting a digital voice as well as an internet service, I switched from one of the big internet providers a few months ago and my experience with Zen since then has been wholly positive. The switch to Zen was simple, straightforward and totally trouble free. Their monthly direct debit advance notifications are useful and reassuring. Their technical helpline is easy to contact and very, very helpful. To sum up and to repeat, my experience with Zen since switching to them has been wholly positive. I would rate them as excellent in every way. A truly first class digital voice and internet provider.

Zen offers a given speed and achieves it. I was with Virgin previously. With them, connection was so poor that in the mornings I was frequently obliged to use my mobile ISP, O2.
