Changed from a different provider due to cost. Didn't expect the Internet to be this slow. Tried cancelling within the two week "cooling off" period. They said it was only from the date of order, rather than date of delivery. Not happy
Daniel, took me through the process. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the process not being straightforward in my case he guided me throughout without a hitch. I'm looking forward to having Zen as my ISP
The very fact that I never have to think about my service or the speeds tells me I have a five star consistent connection to the internet, I have been with Zen for a good few years now and itβs always been the same, five star, excellent speeds and great pricing.

Daniel went out of his way to assist me with changing to Zen. He was very knowledgeable, polite, friendly and considerate. I found it most reassuring to have him helping me during the transfer. Everything was explained calmly and without rushing. Up to now my experience with Zen has been a positive one. Gill

Absolutely useless. We wanted to go with an ethical provider but the connection is terrible and keeps dropping out and there is hardly any wi fi coverage in rooms. Technical support keep blaming Openreach. Avoid! Update. After posting on this Rob from the Customer excellence team was in touch. he worked very hard to get the situation resolved to my situation which he did.

When moving house recently, Virgin Media really, really dropped the ball after trying to deal with their customer service. Got in touch with Zen Internet who were the complete opposite - Their customer service was simply superb from start to finish, I only phoned up to ask a few questions but half way through the call I decided that this is the kind of Customer Service I wanted to experience and went ahead with the order there and then. I spoke with Kath who is a credit to the team there and deserves a hearty pat on the back for being nothing but helpful. Everything happened as was explained to me on the phone at the time, the router arrived, the guys arrived to complete the installation in the time frame given - Regular updates on my order over both email and text. Honestly - This would be 6 stars if I could.

We ordered a new Fibre line to connect our old line to a new neighbouring premises ,The order was made the end of January ,it is now 07th May we are still not up and running,Between Zen and Openreach they have been useless !!

I shopped around when it was time to move away from Sky. I signed up for broadband at only Β£22 per month. Was messed around and let down badly. So I joined Zen broadband. It's Β£35 per month but the customer service is brilliant and there are no mid term hikes. They let me know when they were taking out the monthly direct debit . Can't recommend this company highly enough

Moving from BT copper with Google WiFi at home, I was unsure how to configure the Fritz box. Zen donβt officially support Google WiFi configuration but with my knowledge and the advisor on the tech support line, I was able to get it going. Basically, I didnβt need the Fritz box; I just needed to configure the Google WiFi box for a PPPoE connection with my Zen account credentials and it logged on and worked perfectly. I really appreciate the fixed IP address and the great tech support. Thanks Zen!!
