Absolutely hopeless

Moved home, Zen said they can supply new address. Still waiting several weeks later because Zen can't solve an issue with connection. Not a single update since engineer visited on 25 April. Doubt Zen will come through for us as they clearly don't care. And now they're trying to shaft us by saying we will have to pay a termination fee to leave! Absolutely hopeless, don't bother with Zen.

Useless, don't use

Carried out a lease extension. Were slow, lacked attention to detail — and then failed to lodge the application with the land registry after completion. If I hadn't been selling my flat, it might've been years before realisation. Then they seemed to care very little about rectifying the error or ensuring it got sorted. In my opinion, an appalling, useless, embarrassing excuse of a solicitors firm.
