We have been with Zen since Jan 22 and they have earned 5 stars simply because it has been a perfect service from them since then. I can't comment on their customer service since there has been no need to request assistance. On the one occasion where there was a service outage (attributed to the fibre cable service provider) we were informed by text. Best of all, there have been no annual price increases during the entire period. Definitely, a 5 Star experience!
