Changed from a different provider due to cost. Didn't expect the Internet to be this slow. Tried cancelling within the two week "cooling off" period. They said it was only from the date of order, rather than date of delivery. Not happy
Daniel, took me through the process. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the process not being straightforward in my case he guided me throughout without a hitch. I'm looking forward to having Zen as my ISP
The very fact that I never have to think about my service or the speeds tells me I have a five star consistent connection to the internet, I have been with Zen for a good few years now and it’s always been the same, five star, excellent speeds and great pricing.

Initial sales was reassuring. It took three attempts spaced over 3 months to have service provided. I wrote a letter of complaint but received no reply. The telephony service was 24 hours late to work.

I have had my website hosted by Zen for 18 years and we have been through considerable ups and downs. Over the last year though, it has been increasingly laggy, worse than when I first got it when it would go down for a couple of days at a time in the early days - it was great for a while, but the last year or two when I look at my website it times out, or it goes down altogether and won't load. I was hoping that with their server upgrades in March (2025) things would improve but they haven't and often when I go to my website google won't let me access it as it says it's a security risk as it doesn't have https:// - when I have emailed them they have told me there are security certificate problems... I have been trying to get in touch with them but their chat box makes you type in lots of information and then tells you to come back later... it's really bad... I tried phoning them too but have been on hold for ages so gave up... I don't leave bad reviews lightly as if I can finally get through the staff try to be helpful, but it's not good enough, I pay them money provide me with a service. I just want a working website. I only run WordPress on it and it only has 300 or so blogposts so it shouldn't be difficult to use.... I am writing this out of desperation whilst looking for a new hosting service. (Any webhosting recommendations would be gratefully received). Update 25/4/25: Since posting my review here, Zen contacted me and gave half a service. I asked again about the lack of SSL certification as it has long been an issue and why I can no longer ftp into my site and again tumbleweed. Zen technical services are not interested in helping me, even though it's server side and my site is not loading, as I type this update. I will be shifting hosting as soon as I can.

We have been a customer of Zen for over 20 years and through out that time have not ha d one single reason to complain. There service is second to none we would have no hesitation in recommending them
