Changed from a different provider due to cost. Didn't expect the Internet to be this slow. Tried cancelling within the two week "cooling off" period. They said it was only from the date of order, rather than date of delivery. Not happy
Daniel, took me through the process. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the process not being straightforward in my case he guided me throughout without a hitch. I'm looking forward to having Zen as my ISP
The very fact that I never have to think about my service or the speeds tells me I have a five star consistent connection to the internet, I have been with Zen for a good few years now and itβs always been the same, five star, excellent speeds and great pricing.

I had Zen internet for 3 years with no problems whatsoever. Speed great and I think the price is good too

Reneged on the price for life deal. Disgraceful behaviour. Basically lied to front load fees, it's an old insurance salesman trick which is now illegal in finance.

Zen is an excellent ISP. I have been using them for various services including internet access, web hosting and domain registration since 2002 and have never regretted it. Their customer service is second-to-none.

After a very bad experience with Trooli . I checked out Zen with all the positive reviews . So looked on Zen website for information , all looked good for the 900Mbps package at Β£40 a month . So picked up the phone as wanted more info and if it was o.k , would place an order. At this point i was shocked . They use Trooli installers and I had no idea they did this . I told the Rep that I do NOT want anyone from Trooli anywhere near my property ( because of the poor customer services and problems they caused) . They had Openreach with was Β£50 A MONTH for the same speed , and no where on the web site was this visible . So glad I asked that as my first question . I thanked the young lady for info , apologised that due to the "hidden" cost/charge , I would no longer be interested in Zen as a BB provider . So on goes my hunt for a BB provider that can provide me with a quality service at the right price. I cannot recommend Zen because of the non disclosure of hidden pricing Update,, I have sent you my details so it proves that I am a genuine person. I typed in my postcode on your website , it told me the speed , not once did I come across that it would be more money to my property than the pricing on website . Perhaps you need to comply with being open and honest with pricing , coverage and the installers that Zen uses . I certainly don't need another bad install from Trooli ( as one of your installers) as one was clearly enough. Perhaps Offcom or some Company needs to look into Zens' selling practices . If you do feel the need to contact me , I have witheld numbers blocked , and have done for years also I am ex directory . I have make this known so that yourselves and Trustpilot so I have been transparant . Further Update .. After supplying my details , NO contact from Zen as of 02/07 2025 .

What a complete nightmare to get across to ZEN that I have internet issues and constant dropping of my line because I have BT overhead cables through a neighbour's garden and the branches of the tree are causing disturbance of the 3 lines connected to my property for which I pay ZEN. 40 MINUTES on the phone with ZEN telling me (a) I have to provide evidence (the tree is 20 metres tall, full of leaf as it's summer (b) I will be charged for the call out and (c) if its internal the issue has arisen I will be charge more. She was not listening to a word I said - I would like to know why ZEN thinks its ok to use BT Openreach as their supplier when they can still only provide COPPER WIRES - which nobody uses these days. ZEN has no response!!

Zen are hands down the best internet provider out there. I always tell friends to switch and not put up with the poor service from the likes of Sky and Virgin. Jo called me today, helped reduce my bill and experience was simple and painless. Iβve been with them for a few years and wouldnβt switch. They are local and the team donβt follow a script but are genuine who can answer a problem.

I used an email form to make a brief enquiry about possibly switching to Zen, expecting a reply by the same. Instead I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call direct from a rep, Amanda, who answered my questions, put my mind at ease, and offered to walk me through the process of switching whenever I wanted (without being at all pushy about it). She was informed, knowledgable, and very helpful. Excellent customer service.

Very reliable Internet provider with excellent download speeds at a reasonable price. Also very knowledgeable staff if an issue arises which isn't very often.
