Purchase, installation and setup was easy. Slight hurdle in automatically confirming my broadband details for setting up my own router but the help team sorted it asap

Changed from a different provider due to cost. Didn't expect the Internet to be this slow. Tried cancelling within the two week "cooling off" period. They said it was only from the date of order, rather than date of delivery. Not happy
Zen sign on process
Daniel, took me through the process. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the process not being straightforward in my case he guided me throughout without a hitch. I'm looking forward to having Zen as my ISP

The very fact that I never have to think about my service or the speeds tells me I have a five star consistent connection to the internet, I have been with Zen for a good few years now and itβs always been the same, five star, excellent speeds and great pricing.

Seamless experience from start to finish. CityFibre turned up to install the fibre & ONT when they said they would & the Zen service has been as good as gold since. Highly recommended.

Everything went smoothly regarding the switch to Zen, the delivery of the router and the installation of full fibre. Cannot fault the company. One small problem with my telephone answering machine but hope to get that sorted.

The best Internet I've had in 40 years
I was kept well informed of the installation the men that done it was very polite & explained everything. It was all done within 5 days from me requesting it to it being up & running. My son didn't have a very good connection in his bedroom so I got multiform now it's the best he's ever had and it's also the cheapest Internet I've had too. Highly recommend

I found Zen through Go Compare . Comp. Zen made it very easy and straightforward to change over from BT. City Fiber were used to connect the fiber and made a very good job.I phone Zen help desk and was guided through set up. All together absolutely perfect. I am also enjoying the fast internet speed.
