What a complete nightmare to get across…
What a complete nightmare to get across to ZEN that I have internet issues and constant dropping of my line because I have BT overhead cables through a neighbour's garden and the branches of the tree are causing disturbance of the 3 lines connected to my property for which I pay ZEN. 40 MINUTES on the phone with ZEN telling me (a) I have to provide evidence (the tree is 20 metres tall, full of leaf as it's summer (b) I will be charged for the call out and (c) if its internal the issue has arisen I will be charge more. She was not listening to a word I said - I would like to know why ZEN thinks its ok to use BT Openreach as their supplier when they can still only provide COPPER WIRES - which nobody uses these days. ZEN has no response!!
