New fibre

Purchase, installation and setup was easy. Slight hurdle in automatically confirming my broadband details for setting up my own router but the help team sorted it asap

Changed from a different provider due to Cost

Changed from a different provider due to cost. Didn't expect the Internet to be this slow. Tried cancelling within the two week "cooling off" period. They said it was only from the date of order, rather than date of delivery. Not happy

Zen sign on process

Daniel, took me through the process. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the process not being straightforward in my case he guided me throughout without a hitch. I'm looking forward to having Zen as my ISP

The very fact that I never have to…

The very fact that I never have to think about my service or the speeds tells me I have a five star consistent connection to the internet, I have been with Zen for a good few years now and it’s always been the same, five star, excellent speeds and great pricing.

Amazing company

Amazing company been with them 13 months was with Virgin for years they don’t care about customers Zen have fantastic customer service based in UK easy to contact. Reasonable price compared to big providers.

I've been struggling to get Fibre to…

I've been struggling to get Fibre to the home for many years. Tried multiple Internet Service Providers - the install always failed due to a technical problem on the Openreach pole. I rang Zen, got through to a real person in Yorkshire, explained that I'd had multiple failed install attempts before and that there was a pole issue. They suggested they contact Openreach before the attempted install. They did, the install happened and bingo I've got a Fibre service all thanks to Zen's brilliant customer service.

I would have given 5* but the Fritzbox…

I would have given 5* but the Fritzbox answering service leaves a lot to be desired. Nowhere near as good as Plusnet, my previous supplier.

Zen Internet - 11 our of 10

I don’t usually write reviews – Life is too short … BUT If I could give Zen 11 out of 10 I would. What a find! I have had a brilliant experience with Zen that few other companies can match, and, as a result, I want to thoroughly recommend Zen’s Broadband and ‘Digital Voice’ products. I had been with Plusnet for decades. I was a loyal customer with them. But any new Broadband offerings from Plusnet do not allow the preservation of a landline number with Plusnet, no VoIP-based solution allowed from them – Plusnet suggest they move you to EE if you need that. Have you seen the Trustpilot reviews for EE!? Therefore, I searched out an alternative solution that offered both broadband and Digital Voice from a good alternative Broadband + Digital Voice provider. Zen get great praise for their customer service – This is totally deserved. You can call, and your call is answered quickly by an informed, helpful and reassuring professional every time with Zen. They will answer all your questions with patience and in-depth knowledge. And they were right, once you have provided your details to Zen, they will sort out everything for a smooth migration from your old provider to Zen for your broadband and ‘landline’ number transfers. On migration day for me everything worked perfectly and Zen broadband + my transferred landline number were up and running for me before sunrise on the agreed transfer date. And when FTTP finally reaches my home, Zen can move me from FTTC to FTTP for no charge (within my 18-month contract), and the broadband cost then becomes £8/month less. Absolutely faultlessly marvellous Zen!
