Changed from a different provider due to cost. Didn't expect the Internet to be this slow. Tried cancelling within the two week "cooling off" period. They said it was only from the date of order, rather than date of delivery. Not happy
Daniel, took me through the process. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the process not being straightforward in my case he guided me throughout without a hitch. I'm looking forward to having Zen as my ISP
The very fact that I never have to think about my service or the speeds tells me I have a five star consistent connection to the internet, I have been with Zen for a good few years now and it’s always been the same, five star, excellent speeds and great pricing.

Very helpful and patient advice/work to transfer my elderly mum’s broadband and phone number to Zen. Amanda and Nicky were really helpful and thorough as we went through the process. I’ve personally been a Zen customer for 20 years and would recommend them for the speed and quality of their customer and technical support. A 5-star company and service.

So far so good. When you’ve never had to contact your broadband provider then you know they are doing something right. They got me up and running before they were due to and you can’t say that about too many companies. Never had a drop out yet, let’s hope I haven’t just put a curse on that but it’s been over a year! Hopefully they keep up the good work and remember you get what you pay for. Obviously if prices dropped I wouldn’t complain…….

1.Regular short drop outs of service every day 2.Nowhere near the expected speed (only ever 1080p max YouTube and no HD movies) 3.Very expensive However I gave them 2 stars because: 1.Still better than Sky, Talk Talk (and probably others) 2.Still a little better than BT 3.When it is not dropping out for a couple of minutes, it gives a fairly Consistent Bandwith that I have learned to live with.

Internet is ok but wifi is rubbish ! Just doesn’t work all tv just pauses all the time . Cameras won’t connect to servers it’s so poor I made a big mistake , I wished I had not switched !!!

I raised a complaint because when the service was transferred from BT you did not notify BT that I was transferring from the service to yourselves as a result of which I carried on being charged for the BT line for over a year. This was never addressed and I have not been compensated for this error. I did manage to raise a ticket for this number 04392886 but the process was stalled and when I wrote back to reactivate it I received no response.
