New fibre

Purchase, installation and setup was easy. Slight hurdle in automatically confirming my broadband details for setting up my own router but the help team sorted it asap

Changed from a different provider due to cost. Didn't expect the Internet to be this slow. Tried cancelling within the two week "cooling off" period. They said it was only from the date of order, rather than date of delivery. Not happy

Zen sign on process

Daniel, took me through the process. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the process not being straightforward in my case he guided me throughout without a hitch. I'm looking forward to having Zen as my ISP

The very fact that I never have to think about my service or the speeds tells me I have a five star consistent connection to the internet, I have been with Zen for a good few years now and it’s always been the same, five star, excellent speeds and great pricing.

Switch experience

As a new subscriber after switching found everything is working and cheaper than my previous provider. Even though cheaper the provision of a booster was to replace the mesh system and was at an extra cost and this was not made clear at the time of switching.

Matt not only took me through the whole process, but also explained quickly and clearly how to enable a timely service from Zen and at the same time save some money. Overall, I understand how the system works and how Zen will support me throughout.

Zen Broadband Onboarding Easy

My account hasn't been activated yet, so I can't speak to the actual broadband service from Zen, but the onboarding process was easy. Due to moving into a new build, I couldn't locate the property on the internet and had to call to get setup. The customer service rep, Matthew Gaughran, was kind and helpful in answering questions, explaining Zen's approach, and completing the onboarding.

Excellent helpline

There was a computer glitch getting the Zen switch registered. I rang the helpline which was answered promptly and the assistant (Amanda) sorted everything out helpfully and cheerfully.
