New fibre

Purchase, installation and setup was easy. Slight hurdle in automatically confirming my broadband details for setting up my own router but the help team sorted it asap

Changed from a different provider due to Cost

Changed from a different provider due to cost. Didn't expect the Internet to be this slow. Tried cancelling within the two week "cooling off" period. They said it was only from the date of order, rather than date of delivery. Not happy

Daniel, took me through the process. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the process not being straightforward in my case he guided me throughout without a hitch. I'm looking forward to having Zen as my ISP

The very fact that I never have to…

The very fact that I never have to think about my service or the speeds tells me I have a five star consistent connection to the internet, I have been with Zen for a good few years now and it’s always been the same, five star, excellent speeds and great pricing.

Support Team are Useless

Guaranteed speeds of 50+ Mbps and I’m lucky to get over 16 Mbps, majority of the time it’s sat around 8-10 Mbps. Their support couldn’t care less, just tell me that’s it’s my issue and my network. Told one thing by one agent and another by someone else, Micky mouse company that no one actually knows what’s what. 3-5 days it takes them to send an email. So don’t ever think you’ll get a quick fix. Case No: 05191986…. If anyone cares to help me actually sort it out ???

Amazing, simply 5 star!!!

Yet again, Zen has demonstrated persuasively why it gets five star ratings from WHICH. My latest experience centres on needing a further relay (repeater) to solve a problem with WiFi connection to my CPAP machine - I am affected by Sleep Apnea. Not only did Zen willingly supply the relay/repeater which is ideal, their tech support advised me how to get it working AND, with a bit of kit missing from the box, which had come straight from the German manufacturer, they also sent a new power cable!!! All sorted - a very satisfied customer!!!

The best or just the least worst?

Dreadful support. Openreach/Zen network issue. Attempted to convince me it was "just me" when the entire network was down for everyone in the street! Wanted me to pay £175 to have an engineer investigate the issue. So lying to customers is very high on their agenda for sure. They need to understand how networks are put together. Clearly lack knowledge and experience in broadband connectivity. I'd say go somewhere else but unfortunately they are all the same these days as they dont employee people with knowledge. The best? (or just the least worst)

Two issues, Sorted!

My issue was two fold. One relating directly to Myhra and one that turned out would be with the technical department. However, after successfully dealing with my first issue, Myhra went above and beyond to ensure my voice was heard and was extremely reassuring at a time when I was seriously starting to lose confidence with ZEN. My issue is not yet fully resolved but I have some modicum of confidence that it is in hand.

Review for Zen Internet A huge thank you to Alex for helping me today to connect my broadband to the internet. Short story: Today, 04/07/2025, Zen Internet was installed for me, but the internet connection was not working. I called Zen Internet, and a gentleman named Alex spent more than an hour guiding me through everything I needed to do on my side to get the internet working with my Fritz!Box. I truly appreciate the help and the patience with which he explained what I needed to do, what to press, and where to go to make everything work properly. I am genuinely grateful for this communication and support. If I could give 10 stars, I would give all ten to Alex for his patience and assistance. Thank you so much!

Advertising a higher speed service than can be delivered.

Had a mail shot from Zen saying I could get a 2G/2G service. I followed the links on the website to order the service they said they could deliver. They delivered the service and the service they delivered was only a 1.8G/900M. So a failure on the systems they have to pickup on the fact that I could not be supplied with the service that they promised I could get.
