Two issues, Sorted!
My issue was two fold. One relating directly to Myhra and one that turned out would be with the technical department. However, after successfully dealing with my first issue, Myhra went above and beyond to ensure my voice was heard and was extremely reassuring at a time when I was seriously starting to lose confidence with ZEN. My issue is not yet fully resolved but I have some modicum of confidence that it is in hand.
