Support Team are Useless
Guaranteed speeds of 50+ Mbps and I’m lucky to get over 16 Mbps, majority of the time it’s sat around 8-10 Mbps. Their support couldn’t care less, just tell me that’s it’s my issue and my network. Told one thing by one agent and another by someone else, Micky mouse company that no one actually knows what’s what. 3-5 days it takes them to send an email. So don’t ever think you’ll get a quick fix. Case No: 05191986…. If anyone cares to help me actually sort it out ???
