New fibre

Purchase, installation and setup was easy. Slight hurdle in automatically confirming my broadband details for setting up my own router but the help team sorted it asap

Changed from a different provider due to cost. Didn't expect the Internet to be this slow. Tried cancelling within the two week "cooling off" period. They said it was only from the date of order, rather than date of delivery. Not happy

Zen sign on process

Daniel, took me through the process. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the process not being straightforward in my case he guided me throughout without a hitch. I'm looking forward to having Zen as my ISP

The very fact that I never have to think about my service or the speeds tells me I have a five star consistent connection to the internet, I have been with Zen for a good few years now and it’s always been the same, five star, excellent speeds and great pricing.

Customer service was fabulous

Customer service was fabulous, UK based and immediately picked up the phone. I spoke to a gentleman named Daniel his service was amazing from start to finish. Can’t wait for my new internet to be up and running

Called about poor coverage you said you…

Called about poor coverage you said you would review my telephone call. I had before installation and come back to me which was over a week ago still not heard anything still have a poor signal from the back of House. All good now problem resolved, we’re happy.

You won’t get fleeced here…

Placed order for router and requested delivery and setup for 16th June. All done with no problems at all. Internet is reliable and quick. We use two computers, two phone and television. Brilliant! Glad we chose Zen who don’t lure you in with a super low cost start up then fleece you later as many other providers do

Zen are unparalleled in terms of customer experience. The call wait times are minimal and Matt was very knowledgable, making the process of signing up incredibly straightforward. It's so refreshing and unbelievably helpful to have a direct line and email chain with a team member at zen. Failure to complete instalment

We arranged for fast fibre instalment on 24th march 2025. The first phase of the instalment (laying cable from street to house) was meaned to have been completed in April. The cable was layer across the surface of the garden with no protective duct and is exposed to all sorts of hazards. I have heard nothing from the contractors in spite of repeated complaints made to your company. Please sort this out.
