Changed from a different provider due to cost. Didn't expect the Internet to be this slow. Tried cancelling within the two week "cooling off" period. They said it was only from the date of order, rather than date of delivery. Not happy
Daniel, took me through the process. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the process not being straightforward in my case he guided me throughout without a hitch. I'm looking forward to having Zen as my ISP
The very fact that I never have to think about my service or the speeds tells me I have a five star consistent connection to the internet, I have been with Zen for a good few years now and itβs always been the same, five star, excellent speeds and great pricing.

We have been a customer of Zen for 20+ years.No problems,until this last week,when it became apparent,there 'technical' expertise was sadly disappointing.We can't contact our main supplier by telephone......their response,"We could authorise a BT home investigation,which would probably find no fault and incur a Β£180 charge to yourselves!!!!!"

Now that I have Zen FTTP up and running I am very happy with the service being provided. Due to some poor communication by City Fibre the original install date was not made however Zen has provided me with very fair compensation and now a blazingly fast and reliable internet connection! Thank you Zen

Smooth and easy installation. Issue with first boot of router but customer service answered the call within minutes and resolved the problem in less than 15 minutes once through. Highly recommend Zen

Due to moving offices, we cancelled our phone/broadband service with plenty of notice to zen and yet 3 months later they're still taking over Β£70 a month out of our bank account and not answering emails or calls.Terrible Service from Zen unlike EE who we moved to who have been brilliant.
