POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have been waiting going on four weeks now for my February box. Every time I have asked to speak to a supervisor I'm told they are taking care of more important things.. the chat they leave you hanging and don't respond so at this point I have counted my February box as gone and not even going to receive. This is wrong on Zamplebox part. When someone request to speak to a supervisor they should be routed to one instead of being given a run around for 4 weeks now
